Panggang Island People Take Advantage of JAKI Application

Residents of Panggang Island, North Seribu Islands, Seribu Islands use the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application for complaint services.

JAKI is designed to facilitate the public regarding complaints

Panggang Island Urban Village Secretary, Jamaludin said the JAKI application in his area was used by all members of society for complaints

"JAKI is designed to facilitate the public regarding complaints. Complaints in the JAKI application are confidential and cannot be known to anyone," he said, Monday (6/26).

According to him, it was not only used in terms of complaints, but also for Community Service Satisfaction Surveys (SKLM) and others.

"We can also get information on the receipt of assistance benefits from the Jakarta Provincial Government. This application can be downloaded through the Play Store or App Store," he explained.

RW 02 Chairman, Panggang Islnad, Badrun was pleased with the existence of the JAKI application, which is deemed very useful for residents in submitting complaints.

"Very much provide benefits for us who are on the island. The system is already good. My suggestion is that some features need to be developed," he stated.
